We've had incredible experience of working with Natalia on finding our dream home in Weston, FL. We started our search in early spring '21 which was one of the toughest markets for buyers to navigate. With us being the out-of-state buyers Natalia has been our ears and eyes in Weston, keeping us abreast of the properties readying to go on the market, bidding situation, all particulars of Weston's different communities, pros, cons, etc. She must've filmed 50 house showings for us that we went remotely to see. However, the South Florida culture is one that does not hurry. Natalia, on the other hand communicated promptly with us and performed her tasks precisely when she said she would.

Super Natalia to the rescue. Any time we ran into a issue or needed assistance I would tell my wife to get super Natalia on it and she was. Natalia helped us acquire a rental house for our relocation to Florida. She was extremely responsive and was on the ball when things needed to get done.
